NT bucks national decline in juvenile detention

The line graphs compared the rate of young people aged 10–17 under supervision on an average day in each state and territory from 2004–05 to 2013–14. It shows the rate has declined in all states and territories in recent years except for the NT. The break in the line is where the NT did not supply data to AIHW.
